savory + sweet + tangy hors d’oeuvres for a crowd
🍐🍐🍐

~recipe~
ingredients:
+toasted French baguette w/ EVOO + flaky salt
+ whipped goat cheese/ ricotta / lemon spread
+ thin proscuitto slices
+ balsamic glaze
method:
+ broil or toast crostinis on both sides after drizzling with EVOO+ sprinkling with salt until crispy (approx. 2 mins or less each side)
+mandolin or thinly slice bartlett pears and store in lemon juice and water until ready to use
+whip ricotta cheese with goat cheese, 1 Meyer lemon, garlic salt, and white pepper to taste
+cut proscuitto slices into 1/2 pieces and ribbon
+use homemade or store bought balsamic glaze to top
~ stack ‘em in the order: bread, cheese, pear, proscuitto, balsamic drizzle
